The Disasters Emergency Committee commissioned real-time response reviews in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Moldova and in Hungary.

The purpose of the response reviews is to instigate collective real-time reflection and learning to inform adjustments across DEC members across five implementing countries.

The main focus of the response reviews is on the people and communities affected by the conflict with special focus on learning, quality and focus and the reports provide findings according to nine commitments from Core Humanitarian Standard as well as recommendations to DEC Secretariat, DEC members and beyond.
