Two years on from the escalation of conflict in Ukraine, the DEC's appeal has raised £426 million and helped an estimated 6.9 million people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries.

Thanks to your donations, DEC charities and their local partners have provided food, clean water, shelter, cash payments, healthcare, mental health support and much more.

DEC charities are supporting people in Ukraine through the winter after the conflict left many without heating and electricity.

In Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, DEC funds are supporting an innovative project that delivers regular food baskets to people's homes, thanks to a network of volunteer cyclists. 

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) has seen an incredibly generous response to its Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal to help people affected by the conflict. The appeal has now raised over £120 million in five days, including £25 million matched by the UK Government. 

The British public has helped raise £100 million in just four days to support the Disaster Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal – the equivalent of more than £1 million an hour since the official launch on Thursday.
